Small automations for your website or shop
The follow-ups that slip when you are busy: a reminder before an appointment, a nudge on an unanswered quote, a note when stock runs low. Each is set up once and looked after monthly, with a live example you can step through before you spend anything.
- Setup from £100, then from £15 a month
- A working example for each, on a demo site
- You choose the wording and the timings
- Added to a website, shop or care plan
Most small businesses lose a little here and there: a quote that nobody chased, a customer who forgot their appointment, a basket left behind, stock that ran out unnoticed. None of it needs a large system. It needs a small, dependable routine that runs every time.
Try it before you buy it
Each demo site has an /automations/ page. It shows the exact messages a customer would get, step by step, and a button to move time forward so you can see the reminder or the follow-up arrive. The businesses are made up, nothing is sent and nothing you do there is stored.
How it works
- You pick the ones that fit. Most sites need one or two, not all seven.
- We agree the wording, the timings and the stop rules (for example, a basket email stops the moment the customer buys).
- I set it up and test it on your site with test orders or bookings before it touches a real customer.
- Monthly care keeps it running. If something fails, you hear about it rather than finding out later.
What they won’t do
- They won’t promise results. A reminder reduces missed appointments for some businesses; I can’t tell you by how much for yours in advance.
- They won’t write to customers you haven’t told them to. Messages follow the wording and timings you approve, and respect unsubscribes and consent rules.
- AI drafts stay drafts. Product descriptions are suggested, never published until you approve them.
- They aren’t free to run. Email and text services have their own costs, paid directly by you.
A good fit if…
- you have a website or shop and a few routine follow-ups that rely on someone remembering
- you want to see it working before you commit
- you’d rather pay a small monthly amount than add another subscription to manage
Not sure which? Tell me what keeps slipping and I’ll say which add-on is worth it, and which isn’t. The first call is free.

Before you ask
Do I need a new website to use them?
No, but they need a site I can connect to: WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify. I’ll check yours on the first call.
Is anything stored on the demo pages?
No. The demo pages show examples with made-up businesses. Nothing you press is sent or saved.
Who pays for the emails or texts?
You do, directly to the email or text provider. I don’t mark that up. For most small sites it is a small amount.
What about customer data and consent?
Messages go only to customers who have a reason to expect them, such as an order or booking, with an unsubscribe where the rules require one. We agree this before anything is switched on. I’m not a lawyer, so for marketing messages check your own obligations.
Can I stop?
Yes. Add-ons are on care-plan terms: a three-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.
Tell me what keeps slipping. I’ll tell you whether an add-on is worth it, including when it isn’t.
