Care plans

Which care plan does your site need?

Five quick questions about your site and how much it matters to the business. You’ll get a recommendation, what it covers, and why, including when you don’t need a plan from me at all.

Recommendation

What it covers

Nothing you choose is sent anywhere unless you press the button, which copies your answers into the enquiry form for you to check and send.

    Care that fits your platform

WordPress and WooCommerce need an agreed plan for software updates, backups and monitoring. Shopify runs its hosting and core platform updates; your themes, apps and connected journeys still need attention. The recommendation above separates those responsibilities.

Updates with an agreed release plan

Update timing depends on the platform, extensions, testing and the release arrangements agreed for your site. For Magento and Adobe Commerce, I lead agency retainers and roadmaps, or take on selected smaller-store updates after review. Patching and upgrades are scoped separately from these monthly care plans.

For Shopify, store-data backups and recovery, paid apps and specialist development are agreed separately. The care fee does not include your Shopify subscription or app charges.

What are you trying to get moving?

Tell me where things stand, what needs to change and any date you are working towards.

You might have a project to scope, systems that aren’t joining up, or a task that keeps taking too much time. You don’t need a finished brief to start a conversation.

Start with what’s getting in the way.

A few lines about the situation, the people involved and what a useful result would look like are enough. I’ll come back to you personally with a practical next step.

The privacy policy explains how I handle your enquiry and personal information.
