See where the work stands. Take out the repetition.

Connect your systems, automate repeated work and use AI where it produces a useful, checked result. Start with the business case and keep ownership clear.

Talk through what’s slowing you down

When the business has outgrown its spreadsheets

  • Work lives across spreadsheets, inboxes and a project tool nobody trusts.
  • Leadership can’t see capacity, costs or what’s slipping without chasing people.
  • The same task eats hours every week: re-keying data, chasing approvals, answering the same enquiries.
  • Important information is scattered across documents nobody has time to read.

What I can do

Messy information, made usable

Hundreds of long PDFs and thousands of emails, reconciled into around 1,800 records across five independent sources. Every item is cited back to its source, duplicates are merged into one record, and contradictions are surfaced. A legal team now works from it as the single source of truth.

See how it works on a fictional case

Also

  • Rebuilt a failed Trello to Productive.io migration into an agency’s operating backbone: workflows, budgets, reporting and training.
  • Turned an unused Avaza instance into the way a second agency set up projects, tracked time and saw costs.
  • Automations connecting delivery systems, document summaries and product data processing with Claude Code, n8n and Zapier.

Where I hand off: data science, model training and enterprise AI platforms go to specialists. I can scope that work and lead the relationship.

Start with one thing

  1. Pick the task

The one that keeps taking time, or the view leadership keeps asking for.

  2. Check the case

What it costs now, and whether changing it is worth it.

  3. Improve it

Simplify, configure or automate, with checks and a person in the loop where it matters.

  4. Measure and extend

See what changed, then decide what’s next.

What keeps eating the week?

Start with one task or one report. That can be the whole engagement.

What are you trying to get moving?

Tell me where things stand, what needs to change and any date you are working towards.

You might have a project to scope, systems that aren’t joining up, or a task that keeps taking too much time. You don’t need a finished brief to start a conversation.

Start with what’s getting in the way.

A few lines about the situation, the people involved and what a useful result would look like are enough. I’ll come back to you personally with a practical next step.
