1. A free first call
We talk through where things stand and what you want to change. You get a straight answer on whether I can help, and what a sensible first step would be. There’s no charge and no obligation.
Most work starts with a free call and a small fixed-price piece of work. You know what you’re getting, and what it costs, before anything bigger is agreed.

Usually a scoping brief, a process review or a health check, with a written result. The price and what you get are agreed in writing before work starts.
If there’s more to do, it’s either a scoped build at a fixed price, a care plan, or agreed days each month for delivery leadership. Either way it’s priced from what the first step found, not guessed up front.
These are where most pieces of work start. Your price is agreed in writing before anything begins.
I’m not VAT registered, so there’s no VAT to add to these prices.

Not sure which fits? That’s what the first call is for. It’s free. For what drives website prices up or down, read how much a website costs in the UK.
The website and shop figures are entry points for a written scope, not a promise to include every feature shown in a demo. Visual design choices do not define a functional package. Portals and booking systems need their own scope; the systems-scoping fee buys the brief, not the completed system.
The proposal records pages or products, who supplies content, integrations, revision allowance, testing, handover and the delivery timetable. Hosting, licences, apps and ongoing care are shown separately, so the first price and the continuing commitment are clear.
A scoping brief turns requirements into milestones, assumptions and acceptance criteria that a supplier can estimate. The fee buys the written brief; implementation is agreed separately.
See a fictional specification and proposal outlineA one-process review records the task, effort and exceptions, compares simpler options, and gives a written recommendation with costs and upkeep assumptions. An automation build is a separate decision. Monthly leadership uses an agreed roadmap, cost view and decision record; its reserved capacity is written into the agreement.
Start with one processIf you’re weighing up agencies or quotes, start with a scoping brief. If a task keeps eating time, start with a one-process review. If you have a site that needs looking after, the care plan chooser will tell you which plan fits, or whether you need one at all.
Try the task cost calculator, the care plan chooser or the proposal comparison first if you’d like to see how I think about cost.
Yes. I’m based in Kingsteignton, Devon, and work with businesses across the UK. Most work runs on calls and shared documents. When being on site helps, we agree it as part of the scope.
Both. I target direct builds up to around £50,000 where the scope and platform fit, including WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify work. For larger or more complex programmes across platforms, I lead technical delivery on your side with the right agency or developers. Selected updates to smaller Magento stores are assessed and scoped separately.
If there’s a sensible first step, I put it in writing: what it covers, what you get, the price and how long it takes. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it. If I’m not the right person for the job, I’ll tell you.
Yes. A scoping brief starts from £750 and a process review from £1,800. Care plans start at £95 a month, and the marketing assistant is a fixed £2,400 setup.
From £3,600 a month for one day a week, or £6,800 for two, invoiced monthly. Occasional project days, where a monthly arrangement doesn’t fit, are £650 a day. The minimum is three months, then 30 days’ notice either way.
No. I’m not VAT registered, so the prices here are what you pay.
Tell me what’s going on and I’ll suggest the smallest useful first step, with its price.
Talk through your projectI advise on projects and also offer direct builds. If Vision2 could deliver the work, I make that commercial interest clear when comparing the options. The written brief is yours to take to another supplier.
The recommendation may be a Vision2 build, an agency, improving what you already have, or leaving a change out. Scoping and any subsequent implementation are agreed separately, with their own deliverables and costs.
Tell me where things stand, what needs to change and any date you are working towards.
You might have a project to scope, systems that aren’t joining up, or a task that keeps taking too much time. You don’t need a finished brief to start a conversation.
A few lines about the situation, the people involved and what a useful result would look like are enough. I’ll come back to you personally with a practical next step.
